HDMI input and dual IP stream data output, adopt the advanced MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video encoding technology, and it is highly compatible with IPTV server like Wowza server, FMS server etc. Moreover,with powerful video pre-compression and efficient adaptive video compression algorithm, it is able to provide clear-delicate, high quality video even at lower bit rate compare than traditional broadcast Encoder. It can be widely applied to education, health care, IPTV, live broadcast,Hotel TV system, conference, remote education, news interview,court, public security, 
banking, transportation and other industry application.
 
It provides the complete second development kits to system developers,through the SDK,
